Jane Tullis came to work for Bristol House, Ltd. in 2000 after finding retirement boring. The Martha Stewart of Bristol, Jane and her husband, Ken, host our picnics and Christmas parties. At the office, Jane is Sara’s administrative right arm, office manager and customer service representative. She is the proud grandmother of two teenage girls and the indulgent mom of two dogs, Maggie and Mollie. Jane sings in the choir and is Lay Member of Annual Conference at Pendleton First UMC.
Sherry Austin remains very busy as the Customer Service Manager for Bristol House, Ltd., since she usually answers calls to our 800 number. Sherry began her work here in June, 2008, about six months after her husband, Steve, became senior pastor of Pendleton First UMC. Sherry has worked in several UMC conference offices as assistant to District Superintendents, and she earned a degree in history from Ball State University. The two Austin sons are now in college. Sherry sings in the choir (See a pattern here?) and works with the children’s music program at Pendleton First.
Debra Wilken came to Bristol as bookkeeper nearly five years ago. She and her family had attended a United Methodist church for a number of years before returning to their Roman Catholic roots. Originally from Minnesota, Debra worked in the printing industry for a number of years. Now she’s working toward a degree in accounting at Anderson University. As if that isn’t enough, Debra and her husband, Curtis, attend soccer games, recitals and chess matches. Their busy children are eight and ten.
